Key Responsibilities

- Optimize website content and structure to enhance search engine rankings (SEO).
- Develop and manage paid online advertising strategies (SEM) to drive traffic and boost sales.

E-Commerce Optimization:
- Convert website traffic into online sales by improving user experience and introducing special deals.
- Monitor website analytics and use insights to enhance the online shopping experience.

Social Media Management:
- Manage the company’s online presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Develop real-time engagement strategies to interact with customers and build brand loyalty.

Trend Analysis & Innovation:
- Identify emerging industry trends and incorporate innovative strategies into digital campaigns.
- Brainstorm and implement growth strategies with the marketing team.

Performance Metrics & Reporting:
- Evaluate critical metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and audience behavior.
- Prepare accurate performance reports and present actionable insights to the Business Development Manager.

Creative Content & Campaigns:
- Oversee contests, giveaways, and other promotional digital projects to boost brand engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
Requirements

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing or advertising, preferably within the eCommerce industry.

Skills & Knowledge:
- In-depth expertise in social media platforms, website analytics tools, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong creative skills paired with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
