Job Summary

As a Procurement Officer, you will oversee the procurement process, ensuring effective service delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance. Your role is integral to maintaining a streamlined supply chain while fostering strong vendor relationships and achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on spare parts requisitions, categorized by location, to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Logistics and Distribution Support: Assist in implementing logistics strategies and plans to meet cost-effectiveness and timeline targets.
• Documentation Management: Develop and maintain organized file systems for procurement order processing and delivery documentation.
• Vendor Evaluation: Support management in assessing vendors based on cost, delivery timelines, and product/service quality to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage documentation and processes effectively.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management principles.
