Job Summary
As part of our commitment to excellence, we are expanding our HR team to support our growing workforce. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, attract, and recruit exceptional candidates for various roles within the hospital. This part-time position offers flexibility and the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet the hospital's staffing needs.
- Post job openings on popular job boards, social media platforms, and the hospital's website.
- Actively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, HotNigerianJobs, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific job requirements and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback to build strong relationships.
Onboarding
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have the tools and information needed for a smooth transition.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documentation for new hires.
HR Support
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with various HR projects as needed.
- Support the HR team in implementing policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Assist in handling employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both staff and management.
