Position: Front Desk Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday
Job Summary:
As our Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients—offering a warm, friendly, and professional welcome. You’ll ensure smooth communication, manage appointments, and provide exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly and efficiently.

Schedule and confirm appointments accurately.

Address and resolve client complaints with a positive attitude.

Maintain relationships with existing clients while engaging new ones.

Notify clients about new products and collections available in-store.

Track and analyze daily sales performance.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC relevant work experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques.

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
