Position Overview
Sterling Bank Limited, a full-service national commercial bank licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated Health Manager for its Gusau location. This on-site, full-time role is essential to fostering a healthy and productive work environment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement health programs tailored to employee needs

Develop and update health-related policies in line with regulatory standards

Lead wellness initiatives and employee health campaigns

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health programs

Serve as the primary liaison between health service providers and the organization

Collaborate with department heads to support employee health and safety
Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Health Management, Public Health, or a related discipline

Proven experience in managing health initiatives and wellness programs

Solid understanding of health policies, regulations, and compliance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners

Professional certification in Health Management is an added advantage

Experience in the financial or banking sector is preferred
