Position Overview
Sterling Bank Limited, a full-service national commercial bank licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated Health Manager for its Gusau location. This on-site, full-time role is essential to fostering a healthy and productive work environment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement health programs tailored to employee needs

  • Develop and update health-related policies in line with regulatory standards

  • Lead wellness initiatives and employee health campaigns

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health programs

  • Serve as the primary liaison between health service providers and the organization

  • Collaborate with department heads to support employee health and safety

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Management, Public Health, or a related discipline

  • Proven experience in managing health initiatives and wellness programs

  • Solid understanding of health policies, regulations, and compliance

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners

  • Professional certification in Health Management is an added advantage

  • Experience in the financial or banking sector is preferred
