Capitol Hill Hospital, a leading multi-specialist hospital in Warri, Delta, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to join our growing team. 

LOCATION: Warri, Delta
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by promoting employee health and safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS: Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work health assessments.
• INJURY MANAGEMENT: Monitor and manage workplace injuries/illnesses with proper documentation.
• HEALTH PROGRAMS: Coordinate immunizations, screenings, and wellness initiatives.
• HAZARD MITIGATION: Identify occupational risks and collaborate with HSE to reduce them.
• EMPLOYEE SUPPORT: Provide guidance on work-related health concerns.
• COMPLIANCE: Maintain confidential medical records and ensure adherence to regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in occupational health.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality skills.
