Golden Oil Limited is seeking a dedicated Transport Supervisor to join our team in Anambra. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to manage critical transport operations in a dynamic environment.

LOCATION: Anambra
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
SALARY: ₦200,000 - ₦300,000 Monthly

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT: Oversee daily/weekly transport plans, ensuring minimal deviation in movement and support operations.
• FLEET SUPERVISION: Monitor diesel consumption, driver movements, and vehicle logbooks for efficiency.
• DOCUMENTATION: Ensure all necessary documents are prepared before loading and offloading.
• INTER-DEPARTMENTAL COORDINATION: Collaborate across departments for planning, administration, and timely dispatch strategies.
• CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Build a strong network of transporters to secure timely vehicles and cost-effective services.
• REPORTING: Prepare accurate, timely reports aligned with company policies and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• HND/Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing fleet operations with at least 50 commercial vehicles in a manufacturing or transport company.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Willingness to relocate within Nigeria/West Africa as needed.
